£138m investment in major projects

We enhanced the resilience of our network with 215 separate projects completed, including Scotland’s largest transmission site at Provan and the largest offtake in our southern network at Winkfield.

No 1 for customer satisfaction

Our networks finished RIIO-GD2 on a high, securing first and second in the national customer satisfaction league table. Our Scottish network topped the table for the tenth year in a row!

4,556km pipelines replaced

We invested £2.5bn in our network, including upgrading ageing metal pipes with modern plastic pipes to enhance safety, maintain resilience and ensure our network is ready to support the energy transition in the years ahead.

619 apprenticeship and training opportunities

Pioneering projects LTS Futures and H100 Fife

We successfully demonstrated that our network can support a lower carbon future by safely transporting 100% hydrogen, while also achieving significant milestones on our pioneering project to deliver green hydrogen – produced from Scottish wind – to homes and industry.
