SGN’s commitment to outstanding customer service has been recognised with five trophies at the prestigious CCA Global Excellence Awards 2025.
At the ceremony in Glasgow last night, our reputation as industry leaders in customer care and innovation was re-affirmed when we were successful in the following categories:
- Gold winner - Customer Engagement Team of the Year
- Gold winner - Complaints Team of the Year Award
- Gold winner - Back Office Team of the Year (SGN Social Impact & Careline Team)
- Gold Winner - Excellence in Continuous Improvement Award
- Silver Award - Best Use of Customer Insight & MI Award
CCA is the leading authority on customer contact strategies and operations, and their Excellence Awards recognise world-class professional achievement in customer service, judged by a panel of experts from a range of sectors and specialisms.
The awards brought together around 500 senior leaders to celebrate innovation, performance and best practice across the customer contact industry. They are regarded across industry as the ultimate recognition for customer service excellence celebrating talent, initiative, innovation and best practice.
The ceremony is a testament to the hard work, passion, commitment and teamwork of our Customer Service and Operations teams, who always aim to deliver a 10/10 service.
