
Our outstanding commitment to customer service has been recognised with four top prizes at the CCA Global Excellence Awards 2025.
At a ceremony in Glasgow last night, our reputation as industry leaders in customer care and innovation was affirmed when we were awarded gold awards in the following categories:
- Innovation in Customer Service
- Most Effective Customer Vulnerability Strategy
- Inclusivity and Accessibility
- Great Places to Work
These awards are a testament to the hard work, passion, commitment and teamwork of our Customer Service and Operations teams, who always aim to deliver a 10/10 service and never walk away from a customer in need.
CCA is the leading authority on customer contact strategies and operations, and their Excellence Awards recognise world-class professional achievement in customer service, judged by a panel of experts from a range of sectors and specialisms.
