Update - Thursday 14 August
We've completed our gas network upgrades along A292 Hythe Road. Work to restore the road surface to its original condition is in progress.
We're pleased to advise that due to a successful collaboration with UK Power Networks - allowing them to complete their work while the road was closed - A292 Hythe Road will be opened two weeks earlier than scheduled.
Our resurfacing work is expected to finish this weekend and the road will be safe to reopen from 5pm on Sunday 17 August.
