We're carrying out essential gas network upgrades in the Station Road East area. This work will ensure a continued safe and reliable supply of gas is delivered to Oxted homes and businesses.

What we're doing
We'll be replacing our old metal pipes in the area. This is part of our 30-year programme of work to replace our old mains, reaching the end of their useful lives, with new, reliable plastic pipe.
When we're working
Our work will start on Saturday 27 July and is expected to take five weeks to complete.
Where we'll be working
We'll be upgrading our network along Station Road East between property number 178 and its junction with Eden Place.
To ensure everyone's safety, Station Road East will be closed to motorists around our site.
Signed diversions will be in place for affected road users, while access will be maintained to residents and businesses located within our closure area.
We understand roadworks can be frustrating. However, this work is essential to ensuring nearby properties continue to receive a safe and reliable supply of gas.
