What happens on the day
Group exercise
In small groups, you'll complete a simple group exercise so we can see how you work as part of a team. Have fun with it!
Written exercise
There may be a short written exercise. It's informal and a chance for you to show us some of your skills.
Van tour or Q & A session
You might get to meet one of our engineers - use this opportunity to ask lots of questions.
Interview
A short and informal interview for us to get to know you, your skills and your career goals.
Our top tips
We know that attending any recruitment events can be nerve wracking. So we've got some practical tips to help you.
- Aim to arrive at least 10 minutes early and think about traffic on your route. Running late adds extra stress for you.
- Wear clean, smart casual clothes and shoes. We aren't judging what you wear and we want you to feel comfortable.
- If we've asked for any documents, look them out the day before and have them ready to bring along with you. We'll check those on the day.
My top tip for preparing for these days would be to come in with a positive outlook, an open mind, honest and with a knowledge about the role and the company.
