Applying for a job at SGN is easy. 

Take a look at our current vacancies. Once you’ve found one that interests you, hit the “Apply now” button. You’ll be asked to enter some basic details and answer some simple pre-screening questions.

You can then upload your CV and an optional cover letter in our careers hub before submitting your application.

Our hiring managers aim to respond to every application as quickly as possible. In most cases, you’ll hear back within a couple of weeks of submitting your application, but shortlisting can take an extra week or so. We value every single application and would encourage you to email the recruitment team if you haven’t heard from us within four weeks – we’re always happy to give you an update on the status of your application.

We’ll contact you by email or by phone to let you know the outcome of your application and, if you’ve been shortlisted, arrange a suitable date and time for a first interview. Sometimes our emails might end up in your junk or spam folder, so please keep an eye on these for emails from SGN.

The interview process varies depending on the role. but generally happens in two stages. First, we’ll arrange a short telephone interview to understand a bit more about your background and skills. If you’re successful in this stage, we’ll arrange either a face-to-face or virtual interview to get to you know a bit better and ask you some competency-based questions. In some cases, we may arrange a final interview if there’s more than one outstanding candidate for the role.
