Our outstanding commitment to customer service has been recognised with three top prizes at the 2025 CCA Global’s Women in Leadership Awards.
The awards were presented to some of our finest leaders yesterday, as part of a day celebrating the inspiring women leading change, driving progress and shaping the future of customer service.
Julie Reid received the silver Role Model of the Year award while Linda Spence was presented with a bronze Inspiring Leader of the Year award – a category which celebrates women who consistently lift others up through their leadership, energy and presence.
Meanwhile, Kerry Potter won silver in the Excellence in Leadership category. The ceremony took place in Manchester.
CCA is the leading authority on customer contact strategies and operations, and their awards recognise world-class professional achievement in customer service, judged by a panel of experts from a range of sectors and specialisms.
Maureen McIntosh, our Director of Customer Service, said: “We’re thrilled for Julie, Linda and Kerry. These awards are testament to their hard work and passion as part of our commitment to never walk away from a customer in need.
“Thanks to CCA Global for a truly brilliant day filled with insight, connection and celebration.”
